He demonstrated a proven ability to deliver significant results across diverse sectors, from multinational manufacturing to pivotal financial institutions and leading real estate groups.

- Leading Net Zero Transitions: In a previous role as Facilities Manager at a leading real estate group, Brian was at the forefront of their Net Zero corporate goals. He delivered critical engineering and software solutions, providing leadership in FM, Energy, Procurement, and EHS across a vast portfolio. This direct experience ensured Isambard truly understood the practical steps required to achieve ambitious sustainability targets.
- Driving Energy & Cost Efficiency: As Head of Facilities & Maintenance at a major aerospace manufacturer, Brian achieved remarkable success. He delivered compounded cost reductions of £1.5M in energy spend and energy usage reductions exceeding 70%. He was instrumental in securing ISO14001 and ISO50001 accreditations and led the company to win ‘Green Company of the Year’ in 2010.
- Strategic Facility Development: While at a prominent financial institution, Brian spearheaded the Facilities Management input for their new Headquarters. He focused on critical Mechanical & Electrical Systems, Business Continuity, Acoustics, and achieving strong BER Rating and BREEAM compliance. His insights were vital in re-organising the FM team for seamless relocation.
